Reflection of work immersion

Work immersion refers to exposing students to the actual workplace setting and enriching the competencies provided by the school. Work immersion consists of 80 hours of hands-on experience or work simulation accordingly in the senior high school curriculum.

My experience during my work immersion was difficult because there are students you will watch over who are stubborn and will not follow you. Others will get along with you and befriend you especially when they learn that you get along with them and that you are a kind person. work is easy for me and not all difficult because I always watch over the students. The way I did it was
I made friends with them as if they were just my classmates and there are two students who have become friends with me now. Because of the work immersion, I learned something and I became friends.

My reaction during work immersion is Happy because you will have friends as students. What can be said is that I am happy even though it is difficult because I finished all the tests in 10 days and I did everything that my supervisor asked me to do. All the tests It’s not too difficult so I’m happy that I got through all that and I can handle all the tasks that were done to me. The only thing that can be said about the lack of work immersion is that I’m happy because even though I’m struggling sometimes I’ve learned something.What I’ve learned is that it’s hard to be a teacher, especially when your students stubborn.

What I can apply to myself during my work immersion is being kind and obedient to everything I am asked to do.
Sometimes it’s hard but you can handle it because it’s just a test to be true to your work. What I can say to myself is apply everything I learned in my work during my work immersion. It’s hard what I went through but it’s imprinted on my think Everything I’ve learned that it’s not easy Being a teacher I’m especially stubborn Your student’s head.
Everything I’ve learned is my role to imprint in my heart when there is a challenge that we dare to face.
because of this I will see how good We are.
